Theatre: $1000.00 per day
10% Gate Charge

Sports Arena $2,500.00 per day

* A $200.00 cleaning fee is included in the rental price for the
theatre. A $500.00 cleaning fee is included in the price of the
Sports Arena, given that the 10% gate charge is equal to or
exceeds the cleaning fee.

price for the theatre. An additional $500.00 cleaning fee is
included in the price of the Sports Arena, given that the 10%
gate charge is equal to or exceeds the cleaning fee.
